Profile

Ashley has been an assistant track coach with Rowland Hall since the spring of 2016. She was a division 1 high jumper and heptathlete at the University of Oklahoma for two years before pursuing her degree in sports nutrition. She was a member of the freshman and JV basketball teams, along with cross country and track in high school at Bishop Lynch in Dallas, Texas. She is also a sports dietitian with Intermountain Healthcare, helping adolescent and professional athletes with their performance-fueling needs and injury prevention.
