Profile
Anita Keetch
Anita Keetch graduated from the University of Utah with her bachelor's degree in exercise science, became a certified athletic trainer, and later received her master's degree in sports medicine from Brigham Young University. Anita has worked as an athletic trainer providing sports medicine care for youth, adult, and high school athletics for over 30 years. Her love of sports and the human body led her to teach conditioning/fitness classes in ski fitness, ACL injury prevention, personal training, and team fitness in a variety of sports. She became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (as designated by the National Strength and Conditioning Association) in 2008 and taught women's and team fitness boot camps since then. Anita's love of nutrition and health led to her next adventure, which was to attend the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and become a certified Integrative Health Coach in 2014. Anita began her association with Kendra Tomsic and Rowland Hall in the early 1990s; the school and its athletes, coaches, and staff hold a very special place in Anita's heart.
Anita is married and has four grown children and one amazing granddaughter.
