Girls soccer: a Rowland Hall dynasty.

What is a dynasty, really? Well, it's how others have described our girls soccer team's dominance—six state championships and seven regional championships in the last nine years. But to us, a dynasty isn't built by winning games. This dynasty is built on hard work, passionate players, a strong culture, and an exceptional dedication to the game.

Led by a coaching staff of former professional players and coaches, our girls soccer team is trained to be the best, by the best. Watch one practice, and you'll see this in action. The attention to detail that coaches instill in players directly translates onto the pitch. But what truly makes the team successful is their love for each other. The team camaraderie is unlike any other, with players and coaches who truly care deeply about one another and want each other to succeed, on and off the field.

Young girls in our Lower School see the high school girls and want to be like them when they are older. That's how a dynasty is formed: by building a team culture from the ground up that others want to be a part of.
