Each sports season, the Region 17 Board of Managers recognizes with Academic All-Region honors those seniors who meet the award criteria. The Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA) also recognizes excellence in the classroom with the designation of Academic All-State status, also awarded to senior student-athletes who meet their standards (usually only 10 in each classification and each sport).

Eight Rowland Hall fall sports athletes were recognized with both Academic All-Region and Academic All-State honors this year: Frances Hodson and Ainsley Moore (girls tennis); Thea DeBellis, Maya Eisner, Kavitha Kasturi, and Mackenzie White (girls soccer); Carolina Corcoran (girls cross country); and Rebecca Miles (volleyball).

Congratulations to these Winged Lions on achieving excellence not only in the competitive athletics arena, but also in the classroom.
