Xander Knock, head Ultimate Frisbee coach, was recently named the Utah Ultimate Coach of the Year for 2024.

Coach Knock has spent the past two years working with our newly formed Ultimate team, helping to mold them into a unified, ever-improving group of athletes with a true passion for the sport. His expertise and personal experience as an excellent player himself have been instrumental in the progress our team has seen.
